How to Use a Yoga Strap
|Ever wondered how to incorporate a yoga strap in your routine? Check out these poses.
A yoga strap is used to aid and improve the range of motion in your yoga poses. No matter your experience level in yoga, your body’s flexibility will differ from day to day, and you will find that a yoga strap makes a big difference at times when certain areas feel tight. Yoga straps come in a few different designs, but the most common style is a long canvas strap with metal loops on one end, similar to a long belt.
See the yoga sequence below for tips on using a yoga strap in your yoga practice.
