This Sequence Will Really Work Those Hips!

Your Hips Will Be Feeling Great After This Sequence!

If you have noticed lately that your hips are getting tighter and it becomes harder or it seems to take more effort to move around, the hips could be to blame. For many of the desk jockeys out there, over time, extended sitting can weaken the hips. Having weak hips can cause all kinds of problems from overuse injuries to increased back pain. Keeping your hips strong is important and there is no better way to keep your hips strong and flexible than by practicing yoga!

The following video is a 60 minute yoga sequence designed to work those hips. Try to perform this sequence at least 2-3 times per week and you will be amazed at how much better you feel. As the hips get stronger, the rest of your body starts to fall in line and you will notice a difference in everything you do.
