Lower back pain is a common problem across the country. Most people will experience lower back pain at some point in their lives. Many of us spend the better part of our day sitting down. This shortens the muscles in your back which can lead to pain or discomfort.
Athletes are also prone to lower back pain. This is often caused by not taking time to properly stretch before performing high intensity activities. So how does one help relieve lower back pain?
Proper stretching can increase your flexibility while decreasing the risk of lower back injuries as more blood is supplied to these muscles as a result of stretching.
