Who Needs A Massage When You Can Just Do These Poses
I love massages! I admit it, I’m crazy about getting a massage. We all know how good you feel after you’ve had a nice deep massage. Your body feels relaxed, you feel groggy as if you’ve been sleeping for 8 hours, and you feel 100% better than before you started the session. The only issue with massages is that they can get quite expensive if you do them too often. Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way to get the most out of your body and feel the same way as you do after having a massage without paying any money? Well there is!
The following sequence will give you the same benefits as having a massage without dishing out any money in the process! While I’m still going to get my massages every now and then, this sequence will keep my wallet heavy and my body happy!

Legs up the wall. Helps you calm down or even go to sleep—placing the legs and heart higher than the head has a sedative effect on the nervous system. Get yourself into this position with a folded blanket under your butt and your lower back. Breathe and relax!
All-in-one pose. Great for undoing the kinks in your back and hamstrings. Lie on your back in a corner of the room. Cross your left leg over your body. Place your right hand on the wall (use a book if you can’t reach). Twist your torso so your back is flat; hang out here for a little while. Then switch sides.
Baby back-bend. Opens the chest and helps your posture if you’ve been sitting at a desk or standing all day. Place a folded blanket or a firm pillow under your shoulder blades, and cradle the back of your head in your hands. Chill out and take deep breaths.
