When you string enough of these days together, your body begins to feel the effects and bad things can happen. Stress tends to build up over time and though you may not realize it, it starts to affect your emotions and body. Things like becoming quickly emotional, thinner patience, and fatigue are all common signs of stress build up.

When you start to notice stress and anxiety creeping up on you, one of the best things you can do is yoga!

The following restorative sequence will calm your mind and relax your body. This sequence will release that negative energy built up from stress and have you feeling more relieved and ready to attack the day when you finished!
