Stress tends to build up over time and though you may not realize it, it starts to affect your emotions and body. Things like becoming quickly emotional, thinner patience, and fatigue are all common signs of stress build up.
When you start to notice stress and anxiety creeping up on you, one of the best things you can do is yoga!
