Practicing yoga in the morning is a great way to jump start your day. When you practice in the morning, it gets you in the right mindset to tackle whatever obstacles come your way. Morning yoga will also wake up your body and get your stiff body a little more flexible.

I’ve compiled five of my favorite morning yoga videos to help get you out of bed and feeling like a sexy zen goddess. I tried to pick short and long videos depending on how long you have in the morning (or how much you snoozed…naughty!).
MORNING YOGA ROUTINE (15 MIN)
I love how Steffy calls me ‘her love’. This is a quick and easy video to get you stretched out, warmed up, and limber for the rest of the day. Also, I love the bookshelves in the background.
ENERGIZING MORNING SEQUENCE (25 MIN)
Look at those pants. Just look at them. Those will wake you up as it is. Open up your hips, let out some sexy heavy breaths, and get those core muscles shaking. Who wouldn’t want to wake up with Adriene?
MORNING FLOW (30 MIN)
Maybe a shirtless man will help get you out of bed? This routine will make you sweaty in the middle but completely relaxed at the end, and it’s the perfect length in my opinion.
