I’m always searching for workouts that target the core muscles and incorporate yoga. The core muscles are so important to your health as they affect everything from posture to how your body recovers from stress. While I don’t always have 30-60 minutes for a workout I try to make sure I get some work in on my core when I can. Even 5 minutes a day working on your core can make all the difference.
