There are times we all wish we were kids again. Back then, flexibility was not a problem. If you wanted to do a split, it was fairly easy to accomplish with little effort. As we get older, trying to do splits becomes increasing difficult. Our bodies change, get tighter, and if we don’t keep up with stretches, we become increasingly less flexible. The good news is that while it may not be as easy as it once was to do a split, it’s not impossible. You just need some good stretches and a determination to improve.
