Drinking Bird Pose is all about balance and empowerment. This pose embodies the element of air and helps us remain fluid yet grounded amidst life’s challenges. Stay here for 5 deep breaths.
Embracing our feminine energy is all about feeling sexy, confident, and powerful in our bodies. Toe Stand is a sexy pose that’s also a serious strength and balance challenge.
