Do you sometimes wake up in the morning feeling tired, unmotivated, and unready to start your day? You’re not alone. Most of us have those days where it seems especially difficult to get out of bed. Fortunately, yoga can be used to help us through just those types of mornings!
The stretching sequence below is specifically designed to open the chest, shoulders, hips and core, giving you increased energy and the greater ability to focus and begin your day on the right foot. Try these poses when you first wake up in the morning, and repeat daily.
