These Poses Will Help Energize Your Day

Do you ever have those days where you just want to stay in bed? There are days that can be so draining on you. Between meetings, social obligations, housework, and much more, it can take its toll on us.

We all know that yoga is great for flexibility and calming the mind, but what you may not know is that yoga is also great for providing you with the energy you need to get you through the day. Doing the proper poses can have you ready to take on anything that comes across your path. It can also revitalize you when your energy levels are low.

The following poses can be done from anywhere you can put down a mat. Get ready for an invigorating workout!

Equipment Needed: Yoga mat, interval timer (Gymboss is a free app download).

What to Do: Review the exercises and videos below. Hold each pose for 30 seconds and then transition into the next pose. If performing multiple rounds, rest 1 minute between each.

Beginner’s Level: 2 rounds
Intermediate – Advanced Level: 3 rounds
