This Workout Will Tone Those Legs!

The inner thighs are one of those trouble areas where we tend to store fat. While your body type and genetics can play a role in how much fat your body will store in this area, there are still things that can be done to reduce this fat. In addition to a clean healthy diet, you can also do exercises that target the inner thighs.

The following 12-minute workout attacks those pesky inner thighs. This routine focuses on toning those thigh muscles which in turn will eliminate fat over time.

  • Plie Squats 30 seconds
  • Side Lunge 30 seconds
  • Squat and Kick 60 Seconds
  • Skater Hops 30 Seconds
  • Inner Leg Lift 30 seconds each leg
  • Leg Circles 30 seconds each leg clockwise movement
  • Leg Circles 30 seconds with each leg anti-clockwise movement
  • Outer Leg Lift 30 seconds with each leg
  • Fire Hydrants 30 seconds with each leg
  • Fire Hydrant Kick 30 seconds with each leg
